UK orders: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

International orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at marwathobes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If tracking shows the order has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
We recommend ensuring a safe delivery location when placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover handling and processing. However, this may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances of the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
